  AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!!!! these are not typical nice PNC people. This branch does not want to lose anything when it come to money. They make customers responsible for every penny of FEES. :-( Even they charge $1.50 for EACH!! EACH!!! temporary checks. and excuse is "PNC always has been charging for convenience checks" The truth is lie. it is not PNC, but ONLY THIS BRANCH CHARGE for temporary checks. It is manager's discretion to charge it or not but IT is ONLY and FIRST branch that I heard that they charge for temporary checks. Employees are also very 'NOT-TRAINED' and manager is rude and they are lack of knowledge

  It is so unfortunate that this branch is the closest to my work. I frequent there at least once a week to mostly deposit cash. The Drive-Up ATM is always 'temporarily' unavailable or not accepting cash/check deposits. So the next convenient thing is to go through the drive-through, which seems to take FOREVER! Nice employees, but very slow! I wish they would get a reliable ATM like the Bank of America down the street or get the employees to move a little faster!

  I've had good service for the small items which have required people to help me resolve. I like PNC's services on the whole and this branch is no exception.
