  I have to say that I was shocked with the level of responsiveness and professionalism that I received from day one of talking with HMB! I was telling Teri today that I feel like I am dealing with family every time I interact with HMB. I came to HMB 10 days before closing after my local bank backed out on funding and Ian Walsh was an absolute relief to speak to! He explained the process and their schedule of fees right up front and what was expected of me to make the deal happen. I love how local they feel and the fact that they actually come out to see the property they are lending on instead of hiring a 3rd party to evaluate it. They came out Friday and we closed the following Monday! Even the draws for construction was quick and effortless. I filled out a draw request for Wednesday and they came Thursday and I had the funds in my account Friday! This has been the best experience with a larger lender and I can't wait to have them fund my next deal!
